Ergofilter SP1/ SP1M & Nose-clip

Presentation	The Ergofilter, anti-bacterial filter, employed by lung specialists and occupational health services on all brands of spirometers, greatly decreases the risk of contamination during spirometric tests. The FIM single use nose-clip, delivered in individual bags, ensures maximum patient hygiene at a low cost. Use of the nose-clip is recommended by the ATS.

Filtration	The Ergofilter uses a 3M filtered electrostatic filtration medium, adapted to medical use, notably hospital environments. The mechanical action that blocks bacteria and viruses is considerably increased by the permanent electrostatic charge which attracts these particles into the filter fibres. The thickness of the filtration medium provides an efficient trap for microorganisms.
Production	Ergofilter filters are manufactured in controlled hygienic conditions. The production site is ISO 900: 2000 certified. The industrial process is carefully controlled during all stages of production, so as to guarantee maximum hygiene for the end user.
